How to Photoshop the colour of Neon lighting and glow?

Hi everyone.

I am currently putting together a project for my university dissertation which is to basically establish and plan a new business.

I won't bore you with all of the details, but my business plans to have a premises within the bullring.

I have taken a photo of the exact rental plot and I am currently editing my shop frontage onto the photo.

The final part that I need to edit is the colour of the neon lighting/glow on the original photo, which surrounds the shop and is also under the service counters.

The neon as it stands is blue, I need to edit it to green to fit my businesses colour scheme and branding.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I will upload the original photo below so you have an idea of what I mean.

Some photo editing software has the ability to "hue shift" colours. It basically remaps from an original hue to a new hue. You might be able to do that?

Really quick and simple to do...

Duplicate image layer
Select new layer
press cmd(ctrl on pc)+U
Slide the slidey thing until your neon goes green - you will notice the rest of the image changes colour too
As it's a new layer though, all you do is layer mask or rub out the odd coloured bits with a large feathered brush, revealing the layer beneath.
