I've been making my best efforts to get some longer dustance training rides in this chilly weather, living on the east coast the Eastwood winds give full effect.

Anyway, this is serious, I seem to get a ridIculous chill to my dangly bits. It's actually quite painful to have a piss and revive him after!

Anybody kode get thus? Any solutions? Considering a stuffed sock but feel a bit stupid!

What shorts are you wearing? It may be the saddle putting too much pressure on the nerve just behind the sack. If the later then standing for a few seconds once in a while can make a big difference.

Cock piercingly cold weather is no fun

I've taken to wearing padless roubaix tights beneath normal weight padded big tights. I'm not a fan of super-roubaix material at all. Just too stiff.

I get that too - the legs are warm because they're working, top half is warm due to baselayer/jacket, hands are warm thanks to gloves. But the leg pits are directly exposed to the airflow with just a couple of layers of lycra.
