Ha! Sorry, didn't mean to spoil the game. I wasn't sure but the side glass and sunroof looked familiar and my Dad had a Calibra once.

They've done a surprisingly good job of chopping off the boot after the rear glass.

Who the hell would go to so much trouble!? A 996 isnt that expensive now!

Ok, it's a piece of crap and a waste of time etc etc.

But, you,have to say its a pretty impressive effort looks wise. The engine must be low down in the calibra to have fitted it under the bonnet!

There's only really the windows and the longer wheel base that really give it away.

I would imagine it cost the price of a 996t to build! Utter madness.

Yeah I was going to say maybe they wanted to avoid expensive IMS/RMS issues. But must have cost a fair chunk to build.

I so wish I had a photo of Paragon's 997RSR-alike golf buggy, with proper lights and tailored cf bodywork etc. Promise to take one next time I see it. smile
