I had a quick go at a burning filament shot last night.

Some issues with focus

Cool. How long do you get before the filament is done?

Thanks, that was a 40w bulb, lasts a second or so. I stuck the drive on high speed (it'll do 6fps) seemed to do the trick.

I was going to pick up a couple of 100w bulbs next week, they burn longer by all accounts.

Did you use manual focus?

Yes manual focus, I then stupidly moved the bulb and forgot to reset it !
