I don't go into Readers' Cars much, as it seems mostly to consist of Barry and his mates saying CHEK MA RIMZ BRAH to each other whilst rhapsodising about some intensely tedious modern dull-0-box with PHAT wheels; but I lobbed in the other day to share some classique shed joy, viz:-

an oil and filter and air filter change could give you 30bhp increase and 5mpg decease (rough figures mind)
by the end of a week you should have another full set of glasses, badges, stamps, full loyalty card or whatever they give now
to cut a long story short, when my mate and I went on a Camel Disco RR demo water ride, the company chap shook my mate's hand as he was only the 2nd Disco owner he meet that had the V8 engine and said he must be wealthy, of course he wasn't as the petrol companies had it all
Vogue is a little soft, you can't hose out the cabin like the early ones
