997.1 GT3 Folding bucket seats

Does anyone know if the folding bucket seat was an option available on the gen 1 cars? From what I see, it looks like these are only available on the gen 2 cars - is this correct.

Did a quick search and came across a set on eBay from a seller in the states - nearly £6k plus shipping

Thanks although still way over my minuscule budget.. would rather throw that sort of cash into an Akra .

Came across these via the 911uk site - they are significantly cheaper .. Doesn't give details of weight etc so they may weight a ton!!!!
