Superb article highlighting how the spec can alter the 911 experience.

farago... I'd stick to the first-person storytelling for now... that was really odd...you talked about the obvious personality changes of putting big wheels on a car and barely mentioned anything special about the car itself, especially as it relates to the other models in the line as a result of having its roof made of glass on thinner supports than the coupe, or whether it was stiffer than the cabrio. then you bitched about the rear visibility problem, which while well founded, doesn't make note of the fact that the targa is a well-sealed coupe than can feel like a convertible at the press of a few buttons, and NOT the removal of a large panel by hand. terrible review.

I must admit, I read it quickly and found it a little bit confusing. But then I quite like Robert's stuff anyway (and don't want to buy a 996), so didn't really mind. All that Clint stuff was getting a bit Clarkson if you ask me

Also i think Porshe's stability control is a must have. Its what seperates the king from its enemies. This car likes to dance at rpm's where other engines would blow up. Clint versus Muhammud is right. I look at all others cars differently now.
