Police activity around Tollbar Island in Coventry

Hi Guys,
Not quite sure what's happening at Tollbar at the moment, but for the last three days, both in the day time and evening i've seen two unmarked cars and usually 2 or 3 marked cars around the island, it would appear that they're watching people on the stretch of the A46 from Binley towards Tollbar and then pulling people over in the maybe on the A45.
The two unmarked cars are a new black Skoda Octavia BX62 FGO, and an older black T5 estate.

Don't know about Coventry , but it could be something similar to what's going on in parts of Warks at momemt .Here it's called operation x - aimed at "denying criminals the use of the road" . No tax/insurance/mot -anything connected with anything suspicious . So far one little scrote on our estate that's long been suspected of being a dealer has had his A3 targeted - towed off for no VED or insurance, then taken off for testing . locally it's town centre ,but I notice some unmarked cars in local estates .
Perhaps, this area being so close to Willenhall & Stoke Aldermoor it's getting some attention .

Its been on Touch FM, (local radio) there is currently a crack down in Warwickshire about non wearing of seatbelts.
This could be part of the operation.

See my last post -there's been a big crack down on most car things in Warks recently . Mostly tax & Insurance, but also drugs .

There is currently a TISPOL operation in relation to seatbelt use.This will run through March and will also be forming part of existing operations.

Another one that lurks around that area is a black BMW estate reg LF61 ZBN,have recently spotted the skoda there and the usual dark grey volvo V70 estate BU09 KCY.
