There was a discussion some time agoabout clingy PistonHeads car stickers. Did anything come of those, the ones in the shop appear to be for sticking on the outside.
I don't want to stick them on the outside of the plastic screen and I'm sure the wipers would wipe over them if on the front.
Anyone remember this or was it just another drunken haze dream?

The one I've got is a clingy stick on inside type.

Ted, the piccies of the Ratpack Cerbies at Le Mans showed some external PH graphics (white letters on the sills). What's the story with those?

I had vinyl lettering made up to go on some race cars. I've got a few left so I'll put them in the shop later should anyone want them.

There are quite a few on the Tasmin Challenge cars although some have been amended to read "PissHeads.com"

While were on PH stickers theme I'll speak up for you lot. A lot of people I've spoken to don't want to put a PH sticker on their car as it's a bit ugly, sorry Ted. I would put a sticker on my car window if it was a smallish white only vinyl cutout of the text only. In the ideal world I'd like it set all in lowercase helvetica, just: pistonheads.com. How about an option like this?

Do you think people write to Kenwood and ask if they'd mind changing their name so people don't think their car is a food-mixer?

No worries, I am aware of that. Design isn't my strong point and evolving the look of the logo thing is taking time. Ae smaller more aesthetically pleasing version is on my to do list.

I can get some designers to do it for free if you like, I work for one of the more respected design consultants in london. Maybe keeping it clean and simple could look better.

Tricky one. I need a better small window sticker (something akin to the TVRCC one), but I can't redesign the logo as that's all over the place. Unfortunately the dimensions of the logo are a bit elongated.

How about a secret masonic type symbol that only we know about??? Perhaps a nice little black rat would be nice

How about a secret masonic greeting; lifting a pie and a stella upon meeting each other.

I did consider asking Clive Reed to supply some chrome pie symbols (like the Christian Fish thing).

Infact I'll do you a deal. You draw it and I'll make up a batch of laser profiled mirror finish stainless steel samples, all FOC as "samples" of course .......god it's nice to have £250K worth of machinery doing FA sometimes.

Excellent Thanks Mel.

Any artistic types out there who can draw the outline of a pork pie? I've had a scour of the web but can't find anything.
