Did someone know how is the maximum reliable power outpout reacheable with the 3.0 with stock internal?
...is possible to reach the m400 power?
what are the improvements to be made?
...I'm going to upgrade the fuel pump, exhaust, piping and intercooler ....and I'll improve the bay cooling vith side scoops ecc...

500 is what's been proved.

425 is easily achievable with probably no more than exhaust, fuel pump wiring and remap.

Probably best to change to M400 timing and upgraded valve springs also.

that's good ,imho I think than 425/450 hp will be really good for daily/track day use....
but does M400 use different turbos, are some important differences from 450hp m12 and 450hp m400 due to different turbo's size?
thanks

The turbos will do just over 400 hp but the real problem is the valve springs. Go for 390 hp and everything will be fine

I think changing springs will not be a problem

At a certain point, your fuel injectors won't support the power that you're trying to produce, so I would suggest adding uprated injectors to your list of add-ons...

It seems simpler in the US - our engines are identical between the M12s and the M400s. The differences all have to do with the stuff bolted on, like turbos, piping, etc.

If as stated you're only wanting around 425BHP, then a stock 3R will do that with just a remap and some slightly stronger wastegate actuators.
Some of the other mods will help for continual track work but injectors, valve springs exhaust shouldn't need swapping out. It would be worthwhile checking the fuel pump and swap out if it's tired? (IMHO of course).

Contrary to the post above, if you don't change the valve springs, you will wish you had
