I reckon thats a lot of money for what it is.

What are you looking to do with the car? are you going to race? or just track days?

Hi mate, it just caught my eye to be honest. Track days and road hooning would be fun in it I thought

Hey mate,

I would try and buy private from someone who has lavished love on the car.... having said that I just had a look on PH, seems to be hardly any private pre 89 cars for sale, especially coupes. Mainly all dealer stuff.

This has been there a while and looks like a lot of fun. I reckon they would take an offer.

Thanks.

I think you need to build something? its a lot of fun. Im already thinking about my next project!

The 964 I sold to a friend who still has it. It was possibly for sale but I think he is keeping it.

Buy an SC or 3.2 and make something beautiful, that is light and thrilling to drive.

Funny you mention a 3.2 as I drove a modded one two weeks back that's owned by a guy off Impact bumpers. Real corker. . Do me a favour Lee, if your 964 is up for sale let me know. Cheers

He was aiming to bring it on our 964 pilgrimage to Spa next month but might now be bringing something earlier and very tasty. I think he's keeping us in suspense until we get there. smile

Hi Bridey, you really can't stop looking can you?!!( I know how it feels) The best of luck with your next purchase. BTW N3MEP is still being loved and used, Le Mans Classic and Highlands tour last year, just short of 5000 miles.

Hi Tony good to hear from you.
I'm glad you're enjoying my 993 was truly a lovely car especially with all that cash I spent on the upgrades but I enjoyed doing it.
Funnily enough I love the 964 shape now but always yearn for other cars.
Please stop putting pics of N3 MEP on the forum as I end up wanting her back :-(
All the best david

Red went seriously out of favour when the 993 appeared and we started the silver/ grey phase.

And yet, look at red on one now! Ace!

You swines!!!!
When I spotted that in red I instantly had to have it.,
I replaced the front lighting , all the suspension was totally repkaced by Chris Franklin, I sourced some cup 2 alloys and got the side bolster seats installed . Then there was items like new air box brakes etc etc.
Do I regret selling it ??? Actually no because I had the experience of ownership and the enjoyment of improving it.
Tony you have a sorted car. I'm assuming you're still enjoying her ??

Lee you have played with so many cars I can't believe you havnt had a red one!
