I currently have a Garmin 305 which has served me well and I love the Garmin connect website to upload all my stats etc, however its not exactly slip under the cuff off your work shirt discreet (think mobile help-landing pad) so I'm planning to e-Bay it and get something a little smaller and more up to date that I could wear daily.

Does anyone have any recommendations, stick with Garmin, how about Polar, any other brands I should look at?

Main players, garmin, polar, suunto. I'd stay with the first frankly - they do some much tidier ones nowadays.

Tbh the 305 is better than the later models. They still sell them, at a higher price than I paid for mine a few years ago !
