What car are they from? Mirror Adjustment boots & door trim

Hi all
Boring questions i know, but having the interior done atm so need these bits!

Im looking for the little boots that go on the wing mirror adjustment knob. They look like ones from a Rover 25 which would make sense, but wondering if someone knows?!

Also looking for the bit of trim/rubber that goes ontop of the doorcard and sits against the window, or at least nearby. again, mine is missing on both sides!
