Who went for a blast?

Woke up this morning and the roads looked relatively dry and the sun was shining. First thought, lets go out for a blast around Bucks and Herts, my first proper blast of 2013 and it was brilliant fun as always, and then a clean to finish the morning off.

Did any one else make it out this morning?

Took my car in for a service this morning. Up early but the good thing is that the roads there and back are ideal for an Evo Great fun once I had cleared the horse box.

Took my old porky out this afternoon. Not driven it in 4 months, it was really good. Up into the Yorkshire Dales.

That's what's good about tax exempt cars, you can store them and just drag them out when you feel like it.

RS out in anger for the first time. Was 400m from home when I found myself in convoy with an orange Diablo SV going through the weston hills tunnel.

Yep me too - drove my favourite, the A507 between Baldock and Buntingford. Joined just behind a lovely looking (and sounding) white Skyline and we had a great blast!

That is a great bit of road. Will probably be doing that myself later today.

Been out for a blast today, had a great time on MK roads, only spoiled by a couple of lads in an Audi A3 trying to prove themselves...just let em go!

All good here , had the motor out for the first time in ages Saturday (just had too much work on and the bad weather doesnt get me very excited)and it felt fabulous , like buying it all over again (without the bank pain). See you down the horse when the usual crew get something sorted out - good weather is just around the corner me thinks !!!

Apart from the morning daily from Stevenage to Harpenden (which have been on fairly consistent wet roads) I did manage to escape on Saturday afternoon for a quick blast



I look forward to a proper hoon soon!

be careful on the b roads, they really are a mess...... potholes, dirty as hell (so slip) and some have streams still flowing across them from surrounding ground saturation.....

Had a run down to the CG Performance with Barry P. and Andrew yesterday. That was fun. Had a mixture of sunshine, light rain and snow on the run - all within 20 miles or so!!

what a day for a blast......unfortunately car is in the garage.......a blast in a Corsa isn't as fun
