During the recent bad weather I had a slight incident involving my car and a kerb frown and am in need of a wheel refurb.

Does anyone recommend any places around Bedford/North Herts?

Done a quick Google and Mint Alloys of Silsoe came up, anyone used them?

Would also be looking at getting them done in gloss black at the same time.

TIA, James.

Yes, i can recommend them!!did a 22inch overfinch rrs wheel for me, nice job reasonable money, other company Pristene at Woburn Sands used them loads of times, they do all the work for aston martin works service among others, may pay bit more money here tho, both 3/4 days turn around but thats for a full refurb! tones of colours may change per refurb, but i guess black is black.

Thanks for the reply, i'll give Mint Alloys a call on Monday. Had a look at Pristine but I think they will be a bit too expensive.

Just had my Oz Racing alloys refurbished by Mint Alloys. They did a great job. Got them done in gunmetal and they now have a nice contrast to the silver body.

If you haven't called yet, ask for Keith and say that Daz with the Evo recommended you ...

I'll take some pics tomorrow and post them up.
