Fello scots beer

I'm looking to get my Evo serviced soon and was wondering where is recommended?

It's just needing an oil change, camber bushes replaced and a wheel allignment.

I've used extreme motorsport previously but, heard their Evo mechanic has left plus get mixed reviews about them so looking for somewhere else. Tried calling performance HQ but, the prices seem pretty steep especially compared to the specialists down south cry

I'm from West Lothian so anywhere nearby preferably

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Dreadnaught garage in Calender. They work with loads of different performance cars.

Might be a bit far for you though.

They always do a top notch job smile

HQ Garage in Dalgety Bay, Russ Paton is the only chap I'll let look at my car, it can be pricey but worth it going your getting a top quality service.

^This...I know quite a few people that take their cars down to russ instead of the local (very reputable) Garge in aberdeen.

While it is there, get russ to run it up on the dyno for you.

Indeed. I set of at 7am from Aberdeen to go down to Russ but I have to put my hand up and say that it was worth the time, money and the effort. Russ did a large amount of diagnostic work for me not to mention running the car up on the dyno to check her out. He treated my car with a lot of respect knew exactly what he was doing and the entire experience was just brilliant. There are places in Aberdeen I could have taken it but Russ knows the C20LET inside out (Having owned a Calibra Turbo in the past) and now HQ have an Evo they run at Knockhill regularly. I really can't champion HQ enough as a business and Russ as a mechanic.

I was having problems with my car and Russ (after a lot of testing which included coming out in the car with me for a drive to highlight the problems) put it on the dyno and ran her for quite a while finding out what the problems were. Without this level of work I'd still be none the wiser as to the issues I had.

Worth it!
