Samyang Fisheye

Hi all, does anyone have any experience/opinions/examples of the Samyang 8mm fisheye?

I'm waiting for mine to be delivered, quite looking forward to playing with the distorting effect.

I havent used the 8mm, but i've been very impressed with the 14mm from samyang. Been using the cine version of that lens - its solidly built and tack sharp if you stay away fro using it wide open. Genuinely surprised with how well the lens performs for the price

Thanks, confirms what I've heard about the Samyangs. Solid lenses that outperform their price point.

I had the 7.5mm Fisheye (for Mirrorless), superb build quality and great photos. One common quirk is that the distance scale is usually off, often need to focus before the infinity mark to actually get infinity.
