Well I'm here for round 2, race starts tomorrow at 10....ready to get in the sleeping bag now.

Forgot how "cheeky" this truly is, I've got roughly 50 minutes and I'm back out....some of the route is absolutely treacherous in places, but because some of it has thawed and rocky in other areas your ice tyres get ripped apart, thus sadly hardly any spikes.......5 hours to push.

Came 17th out of 64 in the quads, I wanted top 10 as came 10th in the pairs last year.

We were 11th to begin with and one of the team was suffering after his 3rd lap, he has completed 4 iron man events so I was a bit surprised but in honesty I find the Puffer another level, he had a 1 hour 8min lap which dropped us back to 27th so had to work hard to get up the leaderboard.again.

But a great weekend and am looking forward to next year.
