Sorry if this has been asked before, but her indoors has been trying to get a copy of the Steve Heath S Bible for my b'day. The man himself won't sell her one because we live in the USA, so I need to find another way.

My backup plan is to ship via family in the UK, but I prefer not to burden them.

New or used, I feel like it's an important book to have.

I bought mine from Amazon, hope that helps. Occasionally come up on ebay too.

It might be sacrilegous to say so but I haven't found it that useful for working on the car; there's a lot of information in there but its more background than practical to my mind, at least it has been for the jobs that I've needed to do so far. I've tended to find info on here via search or direct question to help me each time I've needed it as I haven't been able to get the answer from the SH bible

TVR Car Club

Listed on website £29.95 (seen second hand priced higher), don't think you have to be a member to purchase?

Any problem, I'll buy it and post out to you smile

As said, it is a useful book, but is not and doesn't claim to be a workshop manual.

No you don't need to be a member to access the shop.

I agree - not that useful, though the wiring colour charts are useful if you are sorting out wiring issues.

Thanks guys! I tried the checkout and it had a place to select country, so I forwarded the link to the missus. I realise that it isn't a manual, but it does look like a good read all the same.

my cars heavily modified - so the engine, brakes etc are all different to standard but ive actually found the bible to be very useful for all sorts of other info so far. (wiring, dismantling the door and window mech etc)
