It's winter, it's snowing outside and how do you make the hot steaming bowl of porridge.

With gold top milk, leave it to steep overnight. Heat slowly, chuck in a handful of raisins and serve with a sprinkling of cinnamon and brown sugar.

Please explain further, oats in pan and add milk - heat in the morning?

In the microwave, pinch of salt, honey or dark brown muscovado on top.

Made with semi-skimmed milk then a squirt of Golden Syrup when its in the bowl.

Oats in bowl, just cover with milk, 2:40 in the microwave. Either some sugar or honey to taste.

One cup of oats.

Two cups of water.

Microwave: 2mins 30secs.

Once cooked, add 1/2 cup of blueberries and a drizzle of agave nectar to sweeten.

Simple, delicious, nutritious.

1 cup oats
1 cup milk
Pinch of salt

Add all ingredients together and microwave until thick 3-4mins on high

Eat imediatly with soft brown sugar sprinkled on top.

100mL of oats, 200mL of milk, sprinkle of cinnamon, microwave for 2 mins, add some raisins (or pieces of apple, or blueberries) then microwave for another 2 mins.

cup oats, same cup milk, same cup water, in a non-stick saucepan (microwave is no quicker)

honey and milk to serve

(agave syrup is good too, as above - even better was palm syrup from the canaries)

1/2 mug oats
1 mug milk

4 mins in the microwave - keep an eye on it in the last 30 secs it has a tendency to boil over then.

Add a small handful of sultanas when I take it out and a blob of honey, leave for 1 min then stir in honey and eat.

1/2 cup oats
Add a load of frozen blueberries
add a tiny amount of water
microwave for 3 minutes
top with no fat greek yog

Sometimes I buy cheaper Yoghurt and mix it with whey protein, as the cheaper stuff doesn't have enough.

Oats and water. Once cooked salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Don't knock it until tried. I did and was pleasantly surprised.

1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup water. In microwave for a bit over 1.5 minutes. With a bit of sugar. It isn't too thick that way - I hate thick porridge.

I've heard someone else say they like it with butter - I've yet to try that though.

Oats, soaked overnight in water.

Boiled up in the morning with a dusting of cinnamon and a grated apple added.

That's right. The best oats to use are Scotts Porage Oats 'Old Fashioned' (pack with the orange sky), the blue sky pack is more like that Ready brek gloop.

Night before - 65g pinhead oatmeal, 300ml water, pinch of salt, bring to boil then turn off heat, stir.
Morning - stir thoroughly, heat and serve with semi-skimmed milk.
