Try to beat that:
58hp @ 1800kgs
makes
32.2hp/1t
31kg/1hp
top speed @ 98kph/61mph
0 to 60 : lots of patience and a long way downhill

It's my 2¼ Land Rover Diesel, which is already tuned up from a 2.0 litre!

For my sins in a previous life I once had to run in a diesel Nissan Serena. This thing was so slow and underpowered due to the vast amount of steel and crap engine that during its first 100 miles one needed to put it in second to get up the cutting on the M40 between Juncs 5 & 6.

Well, I've just put a brand new Skoda Fabia diesel on the road as my new taxi! Why? BECAUSE I LIVE IN NORTHAMPTON, AND WITH ALL THE CAMERAS ABOUT THERE'S NO POINT HAVING ANYTHING ANY FASTER. Rant over.

Slowest car?

I sold my Chimaera six weeks ago, and now don't have a car at all.

0-60 times? Not on my pushbike.

I suppose I can lay claim to the slowest actual sports car on here (its real slow in the company of TVR's or anything un-crap)... It's a mighty TR7 and yeah it's slow.... so wot? wanna fight about it? *runs away crying*

Nah seriously its not that bad, but its hardly what I'd call rapid.

Steve Cropley (Autocar) put a turbo on his.

I very briefly owned a much older 2CV which had a 375cc engine. It only went quickly when I advertised it in Exchange and Mart, to "CV fans it was the holy grail....it takes all sorts.

I think I can beat that. I used to own a 1954 Austin A30 with an 800cc A series lump, not sure about 0-60 as never went that fast
