What do you mean less miles, 4000 miles per year over the 10 years is nothing. If you mean you want a little used one then do so but it wont be any better and possibly worse. I ve no affiliation with the advertised car but online it looks very nice.

My thoughts exactly majordad!

You want a ten year old car with less than 40k miles on!

Jeez, I thought I was a fanny. smile

Eta- Going simply off the adverts, spec and very importantly, colour, that red one at RPM would definitely be top of my list, closely followed by the Speed yellow Dove House car.

I agree, very nice indeed and a great colour too... There are one or two around in the more mundane safer colours but this represents good value for money IMHO.

Agree 4k or even 5k a year is nothing for a GT3 and probably better for the car seeing light regular usage.

If the car has been maintained and well cherished the mileage is not a problem infact i would prefer it with higher mileage and a full service history with everything done that one with lower mileage and a shady history

I think someone bought this car last month.

He said it was a great car but couldn't carry on with the deal due to work.

Might be able to get the inspection from him.

Apparently Noah had the chance of that Nick Whale car before he set sail on his ark. wink
It's been around for a long time. Supposed to check out ok though but it's silver which must be the reason why.
<runs off before Ade arrives>

I prefer special Pork to be in bright primary colours such as red, yellow, blue etc.

The Nick Whale car went to auction before xmas but didn't meet its reserve. Craig on here (Lauras other half) knows how much the reserve was, so if you fancied the car you could put in a cheeky offer of the reserve or even less now.

I know of an absolutely mint 2005 05 reg MK2 Clubbie in silver, 17k miles, 3 owners, all sensible, 2 elderly (elderly but sophisticated if you're reading John. smile ), no track use at all, only ever been to Newcastle OPC, where it originally came from. £38k but it may well be gone now.

I'd have probably ended up with it if I hadn't managed to prise my MK1 off my mate. As said Silver isn't top of my list but this car was almost concours so impossible to ignore. The only single fault on it was some barely visible laquer peel on the rear of one or two spokes on the alloys.

It was in the classifieds of last months 911 and Porsche world mag iirc.

Maybe a little over budget but the speed yellow at 911v is worth a look

I was there on Friday when someone turned up to look at the silver one. Looks like he may have gone for the red instead.

I enquired about that car before buying my CS and was told it was no longer for sale as he had decided to keep it smile

+1 for the grey machine at RPM, looks lovely in the showroom and Greig/Darren are great. Also knowing whose SY GT3 that is at 911V it is likely to be a cracking car in an appropriately lairy shade!

Go on, you know you wanna...

Cheers

Has he? Good on him. John just retired in the summer and fancied a change but I'm glad he's kept it. He'd been looking at 993 Turbos but I'd rather have the GT3. He's a proper petrolhead and has a Caterham too. Really nice bloke.
