Hello all,
I am looking for some advice, I recently purchased some winter tyres online and the company selling offered to deliver to a local garage for fitment (part of larger chain here in the Netherlands and Germany).

I had not previously used this garage but as they specialise in this tyre of work I thought "no problem"

I decided while having the winter tyres on I would also have my rear summer tyres changed as I had a spare sent which I had not yet had the chance to have fitted. My summer wheels are RH Alurad 3 piece 19 inch wheels running 315 sections tyres.

To cut a long store short the tyres took approximately 3 hours to fit during which time I took the porsche home and came back to pick up the summer wheels with another car, when I arrived I was told they were in the workshop, come through. Which I did at which point I saw the technician deflating my front tyres to remove, so I commented those are not being changed only the rears. Ah no problem so I stood waiting for 40 mins while he changed one rear tyre (with some difficultly). At this point he began on the 2nd tyre and inserted a crow bar to detach the tyre from the wheel while on the machine and slipped cutting he hand and severely denting the side of wheel.

Once technician returned I was told they would handle the repair and let me know when it was done. Fast forward 3 weeks and this morning I went to pick up the wheel, the results of the repair are in the image below and their statement was this is the best they could manage. I am obviously not very satisfied and as such I refused to accept the wheel and I am waiting on a call from the garage manager.

I have also send a mail to their German head office.

My question to the group here is, can this now be repaired or due to what appears to be a fairly inept attempt will the integrity of the outer rim be compromised and need replaced?

I can't answer your question but I'd suggest emailing the manufacturer to ask if it can be repaired, or what they'd charge to replace the rim.

The shop should replace the wheel. It is damaged and not repairable.

Here's a warning from right out of the factory manual:

Straightening and welding work on light alloy wheels is not permissible!
