I've just picked up some Porsche roof bars, and a pair of the matching bike carriers. Quite pleased smile

Oh no, think of the extra risk it will cause to the engine by carrying extra weight, and your IMS will go, and your bores will be scored and and and...

A 911 in a snowy ski resort. Can you live much better than that? smile

That best be a 4S, or 4 of some description in that ski resort, for maximum cool points.

Fully support the Porsche roof bars!

My ex-993 carrera, 993 turbo and 997.1GT3RS where driven manyany miles with surfboards and snowboards on top of them. All 3 of them went at least once to the Alps with snowboards on, and countless trips to the ocean.

For snow, I recommend snow socks, they are a piece of cake to put on and work really well.

911 are the best all rounder for a couple. I am struggling now with the CStradale to go on surf trips, got a inflatable roof racck, but no where as cool as the Porsche ones!

Unfortunately not my car or pic!! It is a C4S though.

I bought the roof rack off him and will be using it on my own C4S next Saturday, in a snowy (I hope) ski resort in Austria. I'll make sure to take pics!

Can't agree more... just back from a 12 day trip!

I think I now own the snow chains in that earlier photo!
