Wheel refurbishment, pref Grampian area

Anyone know where I can get wheels refurbed cheaply in the Grampian area? They are loose wheels ie no tyres.

We've used PPS several times, friendly excellent service and result every time. Kenway tyres are next door and will safely (no scratches)remove, refit and balance tyres while-u-wait too, neither PPS or Kenway are expensive.
