Evening all,

Been given a task to do as part of the interview process and I would welcome some input as its a bit 'HR'y' (I think) as the role is a food based development role...

Here's what I've been asked to do:

The presentation that you are asked to deliver is the following:

The latest ‘How are we doing survey’ results have been published and the product development team scores are down on the year and well below the food group average. Particular areas of concern are ‘the management team’ and ‘intention to still be working for the business in a years time’

What actions would you take and why?

(for external candidates the ‘how are we doing survey’ is an anonymous internal questionnaire, completed by all members of the food group and published annually. It measures, motivation, morale, understanding of business objectives, views of the management team and of the broader teamworking)
NB – this is a theoretical situation to test how you respond to the challenge
Your presentation will need to be prepared prior to coming to the interview. You can use a chart pack or storyboard and bring any samples or props to support your presentation if you so wish.

I''ve got the idea in my head what I wanted to do, but would welcome the comments of others to bolster or sense check mine!!

Thanks all who do respond!!

What is your idea? Knowing this may save us some time in responding.
