Any peanut butter fans here?

I've always loved peanut butter (especially the crunchy variety on toast on top of a layer of butter), so the below gift was a very welcome addition to my Christmas haul this year!



So far, I can confirm that the white chocolate Reeses cups taste little different to the milk chocolate.

I'm kind of glad we don't have that many peanut butter based snacks in the UK - I would be the size of a blimp. Reckon I'd be dead within 10 years if I lived in the USA.

I never have it in the house for the simple reason I'd be huge. I can happily eat it by the spoonful and that's a habit I'd never want to get into!

Nom! There must be 10,000 calories in there! I limit myself to two jars a year. The stuff is so moreish.

I love Reese' milk choc cups, a real favourite.

Last week I bought some Waitrose own brand Wholenut Peanut Butter, the one with the green lid. Bloody lovely on toast with a pinch of sea salt on top.

I've realised women aren't fans. My ex-wife wouldn't let me anywhere near her having had peanut butter. Good lady wife Mk2 isn't far off as apparently it's: "rank".

What is the best crunchy peanut butter that is widely available in the UK? I usually go for either Sun Pat or supermarket own brand Is there anything better out there?

My favourite Peanut butter used to be Skippy, could get it from Waitrose. Haven't looked for it for ages, will have a look next time I'm there.

My friend works for that American Sweet Co. It'd be a bad idea for me to work there
