Evening All,

Doing the usual no booze in January, but also extending it until the end of February.

I've got the usual ideas in my head - just water, Coke/Pepsi, lemonade, tea/coffee/hot chocolate and tomato juice...

Any other more interesting or unusual suggestions?

My choice is lemonade and lime or a choice of alcohol free beers or ciders.

Becks Blue is good if you fancy a beer without the booze element.

Oh, and stupid question alert, but is soda the normal soda water? As opposed to cream soda. yuck

Normal soda water.
You could also try soda with Angostura Bitters.
Or a St Clements.

7-up on ice, with a dash of grenadine and a maraschino cherry on a stick.

I have a friend who swears by cranberry and tonic as the drink of choice while abstaining....

It tastes fairly nice and he reckons it is about the only thing you can drink all night with no after effects (sugar /caffeine etc)

I have only ever tried the odd one and it does taste ok. It would be my choice.
