I was having fun, its soooo much fun it was dry today and about 11 degrees I was out with my son so clearly not being a loon, I find I'm enjoying this Porsche the most I know everyone raves about the Boxster which is a great car, but for me personally I love the extra size and presence and I seem to be able to drive it better than the other, or at least I feel I do which is what its all about, awesome !!

Is there a reason why your wheels are only black on the outer face? Is this a Porsche option or were they painted elsewhere, just curious.

Yes I crossed the 1000 mile mark so I opened her up a bit just for a few miles and it makes a glorious sound above 4.5k just with the standard exhaust, and is more than powerful enough for me ! Great fun indeed, and then press a couple of buttons and slide back to auto and you have a wonderful GT car so smooth and comfy, I love it, which makes it even more difficult now it's off the road. Still absence makes the heart grow fonder.

Mine on my Cayman are black inside as well. Would that have been at extra cost?

Don't know maybe they were painted after it left the factory, all the factory fitted ones I've seen always have the grey inner.

Yes, I too have come from Boxster to 991 (Cab). I used to think I'd probably go back to Boxster, but then I get in my 991. The sound, the prescence, the speed and the fact that I've only seen one other Cab in 6 months makes me think otherwise. Happy days.
