Old School Gym Required

Apart from 24 Fitness in Al Quoz, can anyone recommend a gym where they actually have a good range of free weights, squat racks etc...

Most of the poncey 'Health Clubs' don't.

ve you looked at the mma gym in tecom? we've a few guys here just changed to there specifically because it is more of a 'proper' gym.

Try the Oasis Gym in Al Barsha - its great, and even has a shower so you can use in the morning pre-work. Costs 20AED per visit or appx AED 1500 per year. Just around the corner from Chalet in Al Barsha.
