Just had a phone call from my ex, his 4 year old Border Terrier has done a runner...and he is frantic.

If you live in the area, could you please check our gardens, under cars, etc

Thanks

What area, doggies name, coller worn??

There was a greyhound was lost and i read the post. Next morning i saw it about 8 miles from my house. Spent over an hour trying to catch it, but without any luck. The dog did turn up save and well a few days later.
Fingers crossed and i'll keep an eye out.

He's called Diesel, and is a timid wee thing. And is wearing a thin brown leather collar, but no tag.

He's not been well the last few days (sickness/loose bowels) but the vet said he was fine...but we know he's weaker than normal, and suspect after last nights cold weather he may have fallen asleep under a bush/car, and froze to death.

He's from the Bridgecastle Road area of Armadale, and sprinted into the council houses in the streets behind Bridecastle.

My ex has put up posters, called the pound, police (who called last night saying they had a terrier which had been involved in a crash...thankfully, but sadly it was someone else's Jack Russel)

Diesel also requires daily medication, or he has fits which also a real worry frown

do you have any contact with kids in the area, ask them to post on facebook for all their pals to see, hopefully might help.

Have you reported him to http://www.doglost.co.uk ? They can help you.

Good luck with your search, don't give up hope, a lot of dogs are reunited with their owners.

There's a possibility that people have found him and they're looking after him.

Also worth trying twitter, my wife tells me Allan Carr is always retweeting about lost dogs from the site above.

Good luck with finding him, I know how I'd feel if it was my dog.

Cheers,
C

No, Flip means random kids in the area where the dog went missing.

What do you mean by this?

Do you know that the dog isn't chipped and you're suggesting it should be?

If so, that's not really going to help get the dog back.

Not seen you posting for a while. Are you well? smile

Cheers,
