It's that time of year again Hands up if you fancy meeting up for the drive down there.

I suggest meeting at Woolley Egde before collecting the Sheffield crowd enroute. Meet at 10:45, leave at 11:00. Arrive Stratford somewhere around 1:30(ish). This should leave just enough time for Dr Bert to get completely pished before 5pm again.

Yes, am up for the convoy down.....though after last years fiasco with the directions I think I should leave a little earlier than everyone else

What will you be driving by then Jo?

Best Regards

I want to get there early for a chance at getting into the pool for a swim before the serious drinking starts (unlike last year when I dove straight in at the bar).

I take it the plate went with the car in the end ?

Also, with regards the 997. Which model have you gone for. I read somewhere earlier you had a deposit on a 997 Turbo S, but assuming this could be 3-4 years away, just wondered if you'd changed is to a standard Turbo or even a Carrera S.

Must admit to having been tempted to put a deposit down on a 997 S for late next year.

er... sold out I'm afraid.

basically, it is the social highlight of the PH calendar. Huge booze up and dinner where we all have a laff driving to it from various points of the compass, usually hit the bar about 2.05 (check-in doesn't commence til 2pm you see) get dressed up dead posh and meet loads of old a nd new friends and put names to all these wierd P.H names!

Keep an eye on the Yorks forum, there are always runs out somewhere or other - where in Yorks are you?
