NTC Cars - Any experiance ??

Hi all, I am in the process of looking for my 1st Elise (replacing an MGF) and have been to see NTC cars in Dartford.

Has anyone purchased through them or had dealings with them??

It is always nice to get other people's opinions ;-)

I've dealt with Norman a few times. Thoroughly good bloke! Always happy to chat about all things Lotus, even though they are very busy.

They _reall_ know their stuff too.

I have known Norman for over 5 years now. Very good service, they know everything (Norman is the Esprit man and Russell is the Elise man).

Always ready to help, have helped me many times when bits on my cars break.

All in All I cannot recommend them highly enough

How can you say the guy gives good service when....

He never answers the phone
He is unreliable
He does'nt respond to Email

I struggle to understand how he makes money out of his business I really do.

Go to Sinclaires of Romford. Much better.
