So, as pretty much the only thing I can do on a camera is set it to auto and point it at things I am looking for some help.
I know a good chunk of photography is done on the computer afterwards so am after a few photos looking at to see if they could be made better.
I'm decorating my garage at the minute and want to put either some larger framed pictures up or canvass ones (opinions?) So want them to be as nice as possible before getting them printed.
Just a few pictures of my old and new car to make the garage a little nicer. It may be better to email the files if you fancy helping smile
Cheers
Mark

Some of these were taken by me or my brother or found on the inter web.

Maybe trimming some of the left edge and bottom off this one.

Why do threads like this start when I have to go to bed?! Oh, well, something to look forward to!

Am I about to get a flaming for something or are you interested in the pictures?

You said you might want to get it printed on canvas so I trimmed this with pinking shears to prevent it fraying.

I've zoomed in on that photo, and made some slight adjustments to the car to add some drama.

Well I can do this one for you. I've taken a nice bit off the left and bottom for you, and also restored the aspect ratio in case you want to frame it:

I find it generally easier to get it right in camera. Cliché, but silk purses and pig's ears spring to mind.

Then knowing how to use all the different settings and buttons on said camera is another thing smile

For something like this, I'd keep it simple.

Clean up and optional effects.
