I will be there FOC for the FOC.

I will be helping out with passenger ride sign on.
How many times will I hear 'How do I get a ride?'

Don't forget your crash helmets.

So if you see a tall skinny girl wrapped up as though its winter, then that will be me.

The sun always shines on a Silverstone Track day.

May well head down there for this - depends whether I have to go and pick the Cerb up or not.

Hope my helmet arrives in time...

Thank you for adding the 'Thursday'

I had got into my head that the track day was Weds. I even had tomorrow booked off work.

Read an email from FOC this morning giving a list of helpers and I still didn't notice.

Thanks Rico for making me realise its Thursday.

An interesting point is that I'm there with my audi rs6, a diablo and an alfa sz on the short circuit doing some filming for ITV's coverage of the cannonball so if anyone wants to wander over and say hi I'll be there! you might get your mug or your car on TV too!

I.J. what time are you there?

I wouldn't mind taking a look at the other cars, but don't get a chance to get a break from the sign-on desk until mid afternoon.

yeah checked it we're there 2 while 5, just checked my first post and it should said .....and an alfa SZ!

The ITV dudes were wondering if there were any F40's 50's or enzos coming to the ferrari bit, if so would they mind being filmed?

See you all Thursday then!

and Lambos!!! double bah.

Ah well, have fun all - if I can get this sorted in time I'll zoom down, looks unlikely though.

I.J. There is usually at least 1 F40 there. As for enzo and F50, I am not so sure. I have only seen an F50 once at a track day, but the enzo was at the last Silverstone track day (only posing though).

ITV would need to approach the owners (if they are there) to ask if they want to move away from the Ferrari area.

I hope I get time to go exploring tomorrow.

BLOOOOOOOOOOODY good day today. Absolutely smashing.

Had a few runs with a guy called Charlie (CharlieUK on FCHAT) and he's got me interested in the old 355s again. Lovely cars.

The Stradales sounded unbelievable. These things really are mindblowing. Arguably lounder and better sounding than 360 Challenge cars.

Beautiful weather, blue sky all day.

Nicol - nice to meet you. Very pleasant time spent chatting to you. We must meet up again soon. I had a prior suspicion you were good looking and you didn't let me down!

Got about 60 or so photos that i'm just photoshopping to size now. Will upload later tonight.

FOC - I had heard the FOC were a bit snobby and a bit up themselves... how wrong i was. Everyone i spoke to was friendly, enthusiastic and great to chat to. Really top bunch. They even organised for Jackie Stewart to give a quick talk over lunchtimes. Fab stuff. I'm joining!

nice to meet Nic & Rico....Sorry for not having more time but, unfortunately events conspired to make late.

On the way back I saw one of the challenge cars you told me about on it's way home.

Jon! Bloody good to meet you too. That event looks a damn good laugh. May have to join you in a few years. How comical to see the real Rev Bob...

Good luck on the event. I'm sure you'll grant us access to your many stories and tales on this fine site.
