My friend has been trying to place a deposit today for the 430 and he said that everywhere is quoting 2-3 years minimum! Trying to get him onto the gallardo, may let him have one of my drives at the millbrook day!

Just pay the premium and get one through an agent if your in a hurry. I was quoted 18 months on the Gallardo initially, I opted to by through an agent and got the car in a little under 8 weeks.

Paying a premium would really grip my shit, I'd rather wait and play with something else for a while.

At the end of the day paying a premium to jump a queue is no different to paying a premium for having a new car. Essentially they are the same thing, supply and demand.

If you really want one now then pay the premium, if your in no hurry wait a couple of years and get some garage queens 3,000 mile example for 30% off retail price.
