Dumplings

I'd made some dumplings for the first time in years yesterday and had them with a chicken Stew and they were simply fantastic.

I used a basic recipe -

100g self raising
50g suet
salt
water

They were light as a feather and simply divine. So here's the question does anyone have any interesting dumpling recipes they would like to share?
