Documentary about one of Teesside's last remaining record shops. for those of you that aren't aware of it it's excellent. made by a local film-maker Jeanie Finlay IIRC.

BBC Four 22.55 PM

must stress other than buying my vinyl here im not in anyway associated with the shop!!!

In a world of Starbucks, Tesco & Poundland, I shed a tear there aren't more places like that. This film is brilliant. That shop is fantastic.

They're still thriving thankfully, the film you saw last night was the TV edit, the full film is available on DVD for a tenner, or a deluxe version with a 7 inch Vinyl featuring 4 tracks from the documentary for 20 quid i think. they have a website, and also post records.

stockton is a right bleak place these days, it's great that this shop has lived through it.
