Anynoe recommend a kiddy bike trailer?

We require one of those pull along trailer things like they have a centre parks for two toddlers aged 1 and 2.

My wifes had to surrender her driving license for medical reasons for a bit so it'll get regular use but I don't want to spend £hundreds.

Can anyone recommend one or a source of a decent second hand one?

When you say hundreds, are you talking just about a hundred, or is a few hundred ok? I have a Chariot CX2, and it can handle a couple of 6 year olds ok. there are options for using it running (fixed single front wheel), shopping (Couple of large castor type wheels at the front), Skiing (not seen this setup) and using as a bike trailer. It's a stunning piece of kit, but at the obscene end of the price spectrum. When I was looking for one Chariot and Burley were the names that were recommended time and time again.

I've had 3

Croozer 535 - Good quality, feels very solid, and is good value. Footwell takes in water, and it gets hot in summer.
Halfords £99 jobbie - Terrible quality, feels like a badly made tent. Used it once.
Chariot Cougar 2 - Great quality, much lighter than the Croozer, has suspension for gentle offroad. Doesn't feels as robust as the Croozer, but not a worry like the Halfords one. Roof folds right back and air seems to come through it better than the Croozer.

We sold the Croozer and gave the Halfords one away. The Chariot only gets used for holidays now (to escape the rain when we're out on the tandem), but it's a great piece of kit. For the money you are talking about, I'd scour ebay / mumsnet / etc for a Croozer.

Can thoroughly recommend the bumper duo explorer. Happily holds a couple of kids side by side, sturdy, nicely stable and very easy to use and hook to your bike.

We got ours second hand on ebay for around £60 and eventually sold it on earlier this year for about £50.

We've got a Croozer "Kid for 2". Not the cheapest but it's fantastic quality and you'll get good money back on resale. Ours has done a lot of mileage and it still feels as good as the day we purchased it.
