I stopped for fuel at the local station and the woman on the till said "I must say that you car is the most gorgeous car I have ever seen in my live!".
I agreed, paid and left... big grin from ear to ear .

Add your quotes to this thread of a bit of fun.

2 weeks ago came back to the carpark from a local garden center - guy was just dropping to his knees in front of the Tuscan. He said "putain, comme elle est belle", his girlfriend said "désolé"

I had a little kid, maybe 4 years old, walking down the road with his dad turn round and shout, "Look Daddy, racing car!!" as I drove past. Made me grin.

No classic quotes as yet (plenty along the lines of "cool car mister"), but the attention a Tuscan draws is unbelievable.

I thought my Chim turned a lot of heads, but it was a Mondeo in comparison.

My car was parked outside my shop the other Sunday and a teenager was looking at it. The next minute he whipped out his mobile and started taking photos and sending them to his mate!

Three weeks ago there was a classic car show at Harrogate so I tootled along. I was directed to park in the infield and put the Tuscan at the end of a row of classic sports cars. Despite there being some lovely cars there (1960 Corvette with 2 tone paintwork ) the Tus had at least as many lookers as anything else.

She won first prize btw!

My CD autochanger keeps jamming. So went to the local Car Stereo dealer. Whilst i was in the the shop, my car was surrounded by 4 or the fitters and 2 people from a nearby shop. They where all using there mobiles to take photos (inside the car and outside)

As I was about to leave one guy said " Will you start it up when you go, so I can hear the engine!!" ( ? might be a problem to go without starting the engine)

Never having had a TVR before (or any other car that really draws attention) the Looks , comments and reactions you get are great.

The most common is the " subtle driver point", cars comming the other direction, as soon as the driver sees you his (or Her) finger lifts just off the wheel to point the TUS out to his passangers.
