Photo printing and framing, who's best?

I need to get a couple of shots printed and framed for a friend, I've used whitewall previously with good results but for some reason the uploader keeps crashing (I'm offshore just now so it may just be bandwidth).

Anyone else good? This is for prints behind glass rather than canvas.

I've tried searching but to no avail.
