993 targa cold breeze through door handles...help!

My 993 targa has developed a strange issue..a cold breeze comes in from the interior door handles whenever I open the roof or window whilst driving, beginning to notice it now its getting a bit colder!! Any thoughts, is there a pipe dislodged in the scuttle?

More likely there is no plastic membrane inside the door, or it's ripped in some way.
