Restaurant / Good pubgrub in Bournemouth

Off to Bournemouth on Thurs/Fri/Sat, looking for somewhere nice to dine. Italian, Thai, British or Modern Euro.
Only been there before for a mates 30th and i dont think we even ate lol

That Koh Thai looks great and The Jetty isnt far from where we are staying. Will discuss and book up.

The Edge, nice location, so so food.
