I'm heading down the M74 to the borders tonight, will try and help if I (safely) can!

This looks like the first point http://tinyurl.com/cppxyom if I'm correct?

Any info on the second?

J44 is 17 miles down road from Ecclefechan!

So how can Cumbria? police catch you speeding in D&G 19 miles away?
