Is it a B5 or B7?
If it's a black B5 rs4 then i know the car.
stup (Stuart) on here does inspections although mainly for porsches. He does work on quite a few B7 and B5 rs4's and a load of s4's, so he knows the cars fairly well. He looks after my B5.

Avoid, they are utterly hopeless, tried to convince me that my misfire was a characteristic of the V6 2.7 engine, when in fact in needed new cams.

I only ever hear good reviews about A for Audi , but I had really bad experience with them .

I had an a4 in with electronics problems , which they never managed to fix . When I went to pick up the car I got a taxi with my mrs as we were heading out for dinner straight from picking up the car . When I turned up I was told the problem was solved, car was round the side and handed the keys .

My car was tucked in a corner with 2 flat tires and the bonnet hanging open ..

Guys in the shop were absolutely useless ,not one bit interested and had a terrible attitude.

I will say , initially I dealt with the guy who owns it and he could not have been more helpful...I also called him the following day , he was apologetic and offered to resolve problems.

He was not in the day I picked the car up , had he been things might have been different .

Anyway ended up arguing for a while , put a damper on our night and we had to get another 2 cabs to town and home .

Just my experiance but like I say only heard good things from other folk.
