amazing story.
it reminds me of a show i saw about a ferrari that was auciotn for about $5 million. it was originally owned by some french guy (can't remember name) who collected race ferraris etc from the sixties and has the largest collection in the world afaik. his collection was unbelievable.
any one have any links to it?

the guy that bought the $5 million ferrari, drives it daily on the freeway in the states. unbelievable but brilliant. his few is that these automotive works of art have to be driven to be appreciated.
