Digital camcorder with iview?

Morning people, new area for me this so hope you're all well. Question. My Father struggles with seeing the screen on my Panasonic camcorder and now he's thinking of buying his own, he wants one that not only has a screen, but has a viewer that he can put up to his eye, know what I mean?
He's found one, but we're not sure if you can still get it, I think it's the Panasonic HDC-TM300 (hope that explains what I mean by having the eye viewer?).
It doesn't have to be a Panasonic so any help for alternatives would be great. Price range? Uh, guess somewhere around the £500 mark?
