Afternoon chaps

Got a car without a code.
Its the bottom bit where the cd goes in , the drive..
Anyone know where you can get them please ?
The supplied code doesnt work indicating the unit was changed and a new code not put in the car..
OPC not able to help...

Have you tried reading the DME with PIWIS? The PCM and Nav codes are often stored in the DME Vehicle Data.

Edit: READ before posting, Richard!

SORRY!

You could try http://www.mapleaudio.co.uk or http://dndservices.co.uk/

long shot , but have you removed it to see if it has been written on the unit chassis? If a used unit good chance it could be on there.

good luck.

Tried them Pope. They can only do the top part , not the bottom drive...

Why are Porsche not able to do this seeing as they supply the units in the first place ?
Shocking really as its going to cost a retired 70 year old chap £1600 just because the code is misplaced.
What a waste of money.....

If anyone else can help , Brian from Wisbeth will be really appreciative...
