I don't see what the problem is. It probably is 18k worth of car, if the repair has been done right it's probably in better condition than before it was crashed.

I think his point was that this is good for everyone. Showing what even the ones considered lower in the food chain are holding their value. Although what you ask for and what you get for when selling are two very distinct things

The asking price and selling price are sometimes very different- so many people are just trying it on imo.
