Thinking about a GoPro

Hi guys, well ive read the reviews and i fancy getting one of these for the motorbike, and even strap to my attack dogs when going in for a bite (Military Dog Handler) as im sure the footage would look awesome.

One question i ask is, say you get randomly pulled by plod after a ride out, are they able to sieze your camera to investigate the footage and then prosecute if anything is deemed dangerous?

They can't take it off you just to check if you have done anything wrong, however if they have seen you do something or someone has phoned in they could seize it to help the case.
